1. 適用
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、当社が提供するクラウド会計サービス 「チーム会計」（以下「本サービス」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。 ユーザーは本規約に同意した上で本サービスをご利用いただきます。 本規約に同意されない場合は、本サービスのご利用をお控えください。
2. 定義
- 「ユーザー」とは、本サービスに登録したすべての個人または法人を指します。
- 「組織」とは、本サービス上でユーザーが作成または参加する会計管理単位を指します。
- 「コンテンツ」とは、ユーザーが本サービスに入力・アップロードしたすべてのデータを指します。
3. アカウント登録
本サービスの利用にはアカウント登録が必要です。ユーザーは正確な情報を登録する義務を負い、 アカウントの安全管理に責任を持ちます。 アカウントの不正利用が発覚した場合は、直ちに当社へご連絡ください。
4. 利用料金
本サービスは現在無料で提供しています。将来、有料プランを導入する場合は、 事前にユーザーへ通知します。
5. ユーザーのコンテンツ
ユーザーが本サービスに入力したコンテンツの知的財産権はユーザーに帰属します。 当社は、サービス提供・改善のために必要な範囲でのみコンテンツを利用します。 ユーザーは、コンテンツが第三者の権利を侵害しないことを保証するものとします。
6. 禁止事項
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為
- 他のユーザーまたは第三者への不正アクセス・なりすまし
- 虚偽の情報の登録・送信
- 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング・逆コンパイル
- 当社の事前承諾なく本サービスを商業目的で再販・転用すること
7. サービスの変更・停止
当社は、事前通知なく本サービスの内容を変更、または一時停止・終了する場合があります。 サービス停止によってユーザーに生じた損害について、当社は責任を負いません。
8. 免責事項
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当社は、サービスの正確性・完全性・継続性について 明示または黙示の保証を行いません。本サービスの利用から生じた損害（データの消失・漏洩・事業損失を含む） について、当社の故意または重大な過失がある場合を除き、当社は責任を負いません。
9. 個人情報の取り扱い
当社の個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
10. 規約の変更
当社は本規約を変更できるものとします。重要な変更を行う場合は、サービス内またはメールにてお知らせします。 変更後も継続してサービスをご利用いただくことで、変更後の規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
11. 準拠法・管轄裁判所
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cloud accounting service "Team Kaikei" ("Service") ("we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- "User" means any individual or legal entity registered to use the Service.
- "Organization" means an accounting unit created or joined by a User within the Service.
- "Content" means all data entered or uploaded by a User into the Service.
3. Account Registration
Use of the Service requires account registration. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the security of your account. Please notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will notify you in advance.
5. User Content
Intellectual property rights in Content you submit remain with you. We use your Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service. You warrant that your Content does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
- Submit false or misleading information
- Reverse-engineer or decompile the Service
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
7. Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such changes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service (including data loss, data breach, or business losses) except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
